Hello all,

I got a bit confused about how many forms I should submit to CIO.

In the document checklist there is no IELTS copy, however, in Schedule 3 form there is a statement. It's provide a copy of approved test results if the Yes option of Language is checked.

Please advise, I need mail it out tomorrow.

Thanks,

no need to provide for CIO. The same form is used for visa office that is why that statement on the form is there.

you can send if you have already taken the IELTS test.

You can send your IELTS, birth certificate, letters of employment, etc if you want but there is no use in sending it. Why stop at IELTS, just send everything. My point is that all these documents are not needed at CIO. Only thing that is needed is

photocopy of the bio page of the passport,
forms,
check,
address labels.
perhaps the visa page if you are applying from elsewhere.
