Include 2 self addressed mailing labels

I am at last on the check list(16) Mailing Yor application

and one thing I am not sure is that

"Include 2 self addressed mailing labels
-one in English or French
-one in the official language of your country of residence

which means that I have to wirte down the address of my country where I came from?? and CANADIAN ADDRESS AS WELL??

eventhorugh I am living in Canada?

As you are in Canada, only provide Canada address in English language
