If I am the principal applicant and my medical examination is clear but dependent's medical examination is NOT and he is inadmissible to Canada; SO MY Q is, CAN I STILL BE ABLE TO RECIEVE MY IMMIGRATION VISA TO Canada?????

No. Either all are granted PR or none are. Have all appeals against medical inadmissibility been completed and failed?
