ETA REFUSED BECAUSE OF CRIME COMMITTED IN THE USA IN 2005, THE SENCING GUIDLINES IS MORE THAN A 10 YEAR SENTENCE......IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN BE DEEMED REHABILITATED .

To answer your question, it depends on the seriousness of the crime. If IRCC has refused the ETA, then this means you'll need to go through the rehabilitation process before you can reapply for the ETA and qualify to enter Canada. I would recommend you look into applying for rehabilitation as soon as you can.
