Hi All,

I have taken TB skin tests and its positive but chest x ray tests shows that I have Inactive TB. Both tests were done before 3yrs.

After taken tests, i have started treatment for inactive TB but haven't completed successfully.

I'm planning to apply PR, will this inactive TB affect my application?
What kind of medicals will ask us to do for PR?
Do i have to take treatment right away for inactive TB to avoid any delay in PR processing or take treatment after getting PR.

Eagerly awaiting reply from you guys.
thanks in advance

I can answer partially. For PR, you need to undergo chest X-Ray and blood test.

ok. thats really great.

thanks for your reply.
Just in case, while doing my medicals, do i have to say whether i have inactive TB?

CIC says all existing issues need to be shared with DMP..in fact they ask applicant to carry recent medical reports. But it is up to you to disclose or not...
