In which PNPs NOC 0122 Banking, credit and other investment managers are eligible to apply?

Dear Members,

I have 8 years work experience in credit department in a Bank under NOC 0122(Banking, credit and other investment managers). From what research i've done so far it appears that I can only apply to PNP programs of Ontario & Prince Edward Island.

Ontario looks for PNP candidates from express entry pool, I need not to apply separately, am I correct?

SINP does not have 0122 in on-demand list. Since, I've got an active express entry profile I can't apply to Manitoba. Other provinces requires job offer.

Is my research right? If anybody could show me any ray of light I would really appreciate it !

Pls have you seen any provinces to apply with NOC 0122?
