PDF with file size restriction of 4 mb.

4 mb per page, or 4 mb per file regardless of number of pages in each file (e.g 3 page transript.pdf)?

Keep them legible and worry about size. Color or Greyscale doesn't matter unless specifically stated otherwise.

In which size should the document be scanned while submitting docs in e-APR?

I recently got ITA to apply, and I am preparing all my docs. While scanning via scanner I got different sizes like A4, A5, US Letter, use custom size etc. Which one should be used for e-APR, canada?
