I have 15 years of work experience in total and I have
I became manager in 2014 (NOC 00 code). As manager I have worked 2 years in USA (from 2014 - 2016) and then moved to India (from 2016 - June 2019).

So in this drop down should I select 3 years? -- as I have been working as a Computer and information systems managers since 2014.

What all documents I need to produce for that?

You should select as many years as you plan to claim for points. And then you need to provide proof of work for these claimed years. The proof is usually usually letters of reference and/or paystubs
 
Select the number of years that are mentioned in your letter. If there are multiple letters/jobs, select the total number of years.

Where does this paystub thing come from? Why does everyone think it can replace the letter of employment?
