in the end of process.default in FMEP. Application refused. what is the solution

my dear friends i know that everybody is trying to help each other but if you dont know something definitely dont say do this and do that and if you are also in a doubt say "i cant say it definitely" or "I cant tell it surely" like that please. then that person will research about it again in some where else.
please dont get disappointed and also most of people who is in this forum need help from others. so we have to help them but I think a proper answer. most of people who gave me advises an ideas are very helpful and i also know some of them. but we want to make sure whether its ok, right or wrong.
