In SDS is it mandatory to put financial documents, If i provide First year fees receipt and GIC.

i have still submitted my sponsor's affidavit that they will support me. Additionally, i submitted their bank balance with the application. I did so because it appeared in the mandatory documents section.

Technically, those are not required. But I also submitted the same with my application. Not sure if it is the cause, but my SDS application took 35 calendar days before I got my approval.
