In Regards to police clearance

Receive letter from CIC to do police clearance
However we did it from February 6 but have not received my son own back as yet.
My son is a victim of bullying and he was charged twice But charges were withdrawn drawn both times. Does. My son still have a criminal record.
When he was charged he had to do fingerprinting
I am worried how will this affect his PR application
Is there one that can shed some light
Have not received his police clearance from RCMP from we did it on February my own came back but not my son.

Did you say "yes" to him ever being arrested etc in statutory question?

Yes we did when we were submitting the document s and we also submitted a paper we got from the courts. About 2 months after the docs were submitted he was charged again charges were withdrawn again.
So we are concerned about the Rcmp report which we haven't gotten back as yet and what will it say when we do get it back Also how this will add out PR.
