in process status to what next?if not medicals???

i know that there will be "inprocess" status be for medical request.what if there is anything negitive
what status will be there?????

i got 3 verification calls and i am so tensed can some one let me know if there would be "decision made"
status before medicals?? if there is negitive news???

Hi,

Only 6 months now since you filed your application but it seems you are getting very much tensed and frustrated. "In process" means the application is under their review, consideraton and is being processed for the PR. There are several actions during the "in process" stage and it is not very essential that updates should appear in the ECAS for every step. There may be updates or may not be. So, take it easy, relax and wait till the CIC communicate with you directly, not through ECAS.

As far as I know decision made will be only after medicals, but in case of refusal they would send letter first, as I noticed they change ecase status more slowly.
But don't think of negative things. Everything is going to be fine for all of us!!!

pkakula you have a peculiar case because of your mother answer to the verification team call from the visa office which contrast all the information you supplied .Although your employee gave good report of the situation.
The best thing to do is to wait for the decision of the visa office.
The information supplied by your mother can view as mis-represntation and will lead to rejection or the visa office will over look it and request for medical.
The key word here is wait and see as there is nothing you can do.

Do they really call at home for verification, it looks very strange, should one get informed all family members at home to get ready and brief them?

If the wrong reply of your mother causes doubts to the IO, the IO will not reject your case outright. They will give you the chance to explain, probably they will require you to personally appear before them for an interview. By then, you have to bring with you all proofs available to convince them that everything declared in your application is authentic. Relax...have faith...
