I applied in Feb2008 as FSW (in 38) and later submitted an AEO.

After 2 year, I have an 'in-process' status (changed on 19 Jan 2010) stating that my file has been transfered from Nova Scotia to New Delhi office. I haven't informed whether the initial eligibility review has been completed. I have also not been invited to submit my complete application yet.

So, depending on your application I think 'In-process' can mean different things!

For me, I believe that Nova Scotia has done the 67 points initial elgibility review and since I submitted an AEO, my application has been transfered to the local visa office. I am not sure though. Will keep you posted on what happens after 'in-process' for me!

same thing i got verification calls and i am still waiting for medicals.

Update your time lines in your profile or signatures. It will help people answer your queries better

What my understanding is that

1. When CHC recieved the full application the ECAS status will be change to "Docs recieved".
2. One gets the confirmation e-mail for this, mentioning the docs recieved and and will be reviewed.
3. When docs get started in review stage the Ecas status changed to "Pending review".
4. If review got positive than one gets the AOR (Provisional Acceptance), isn't it?
5. The next Ecas status is "In process", and the actual processing like verification of educational documents, work experience, points calculation, background checks etc takes place. After this phase if everything is found in order and the candidate scores the required 67 points medicals are requested. On clearance of medical passport is requested for stamping along with landing fee and finally the landing phase.

Well this is what I assume, not sure, but the query for me at which stage they do Job Verification, before AOR (Provisional Acceptance) or after it.

Thx!
