In e-APR, do i need to upload old passport if it has a valid US visa?

My US travel visa is valid until May 2021, and it is glued in my expired passport. do i need to include this info in the passport upload document? if yes, then do i need to upload the entire old passport and all its stamp? the US visa will have my old passport number.
