In demand fields for certification/diploma

Hello I have master of engineering in Petroleum from University of Alberta which I competed in 2012 . Then from 2012-15, I struggled in finding job relevant to my field and once my Pgwp ran out I departed Canada . To my luck, I found job in UAE and then applied for Fsw EE .
I recently moved back to a Canada with a limited hope of finding employment relevant to my super narrow field .
Can u guys recommend me some certificate or diploma in a field where chances of finding a job are high

Ideally for data science, you would go for a Master's in data science (not a diploma). There's a lot of competition in this field. If you go for a diploma, make sure it's two years and not one year. The program should include Phython. Assuming you already know Javascript and SQL?
