Actually I'm asking about rough estimate if anyone already went through this process ?

In case of Spouse Visa(PR). I got my medical request on 2-Dec-2019 and I submitted my medical results on 9-Dec-2019. When should I except PPR.

There is no fixed timeline. The usual advice is up to 12 months from date of submission. Any other info would just be a guess.

Roughly it seems about 80% of applications are completed within that 12 month period.
