In case of resending documents due to a problem, do I need to send an update application form ?

I got back my envelope with my documents because one of the documents was not very legible.

Rather than the mentioned document with a better quality, do I need to send an updated Application for Canadian Citzenship Form with the updated date even that nothing else changed ? Does anything else needs to be updated or added ?

Just send the updated doc rest all is good. You need to check if the date when you signed the form should not be old than 150 days.
