In case of online work permit application

Hello,

I have a question about VISA application.
If I apply for work permit online, does the form go to CIC in Canada or the local VAC near?
Since I am a Korean and was in Korea when I applied for the work permit online, I am not sure if mine went to Philippine or CIC.
Someone sad it should be transferred to CIC for online application, but someone said it should be transferred to the local VAC.

I dont think you should worry about that, when the stage comes where you need to send your passport, then, that request will come from your local VAC.
