In Canada PR e-Portal Confirmation with Ourland dependents

Please has anyone experienced this?

I sent my email as confirmation for my Outland dependents. Now I have to confirm with outland dependents who are not in Canada. How did you work around this?

Are you in Canada and the dependants outside of Canada? Pretty sure you and all dependants have to be in Canada for the portal. There should have been instructions about what to do if anyone is outside Canada in the email asking you to use the portal.
