In Canada application (spouse) & Children overseas

Hi.

I am in Canada right now for temporary resident visa. and our two kids is in the Philippines. We will apply for permanent visa. only we are confused as to where we will file our children's application. Will it be together with mine for in Canada application or it will be separate for them?

Any info will be given will be appreciated.
