IMT Ghaziabad PGDM full time considered as Master’s?

Hi,

I have completed my full-time 4 year B.Tech from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and full time 2 year PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad. I wish to know if they shall be considered as Master’s equivalent or not in WES evaluation?
