So hello everyone.

I have applied for a work permit in Quebec, planning on moving there from France in the coming months.

So far so good, I have answered all questions and now I am on the document checklist page.

But there are two of them I am having issues with :

- Proof of Business Establishment in Canada

- Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered

But I have precised that I do not have a job offer yet, so I have no idea what to do about these.

Maybe I took a wrong turn at some point, and didnt answer correctly at something... In any case, if anyone has any hint as of what to do about this, I'll be glad for it !

Thanks in advance everyone !

You cannot get standard work permit unless you have an employer (no you cannot just come and ask for one).

Exceptions:
Working holiday - a lottery for people under 35 years old, where you have chance to get 1x in your life a special opened work permit
PGWP - post graduate work permit, after you have studied in Canada (some conditions apply).
Spousal opened work permit.

good luck.
