We are moving from US to Canada. I am a returning resident under work permit, while my wife is an US citizen and first time settler. We are driving two cars to Canada. Both cars have my wife's name (one also has mine) under the title. My question is can we declare both cars as imported under my wife's name to enjoy the duty free benefit - even though we are driving one each? Thank you.
