I,Naveesh Oad, living in Karachi,Pakistan having following detail profile.

Name: Naveesh.
Graduation: B.E (Software Engineering) with 16yrs education.
Occupation title: Software Project Manager
Experience: 4.5yrs (total experience) BUT in current profession(Software Project Manager), have 1.3 yrs experience.
Status: Single
IELTS: Not attempted yet.
Any one living in Canada: Yes, my brother living at Edmonton,Alberta.

I have following queries to ask from you guys:

1- As per my profile given above,Am I eligible for Canadian immigration for Skilled worker class?

2- As, I sending my application-form of Skilled worker class soon, If i get rejection for Canadian immigration from CIO, Will they refund my application processing fees after rejection?

Hi, have you checked if your job profile matches against what is decribed in the hrsdc website for your NOC?

The duties performed are more crucial than the title.

I second what barisindoo said, you might need good IELTS score, also what documents does your brother have to prove that he is a PR/Citizen . proof of address etc ?

You are ok with this. you can use NOC 0213 job category. check this job description and you should experience letter match this job description for at least 1 year.

if you are eligible at all, they will refund your application fee which you need to submit with your intial application.

You just need to fill up the forms and application fee so no need to worry.
