I understand,it is a kind of weird question but its important to know that whether the express entry system would continue beyond 2015 as well or not

It is expected to continue. CIC has received confirmation of federal allocations for this program for at least the next 3 years or so. There can certainly be changes (even major policy decisions) but I think it is safe to assume that EE (in some form or the other) is here to stay till 2018 at least.
