I have diploma from my country ( computer programmer ) and beside that I was study English lessons and I have prove with that . my question is that helping me for my citizenship application ?

Why don't you take the IELTS and see the results if you want to demonstrate your english? Secondly, for immigration, computer programmer may be a needed category (check it), you will see how much your degree helps you via the immigration scoring system...
