I HAVE ANOTHER Q'S I WANTED TO KNOW INORDER TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF RESIDENCE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY ALONG WITH VISA DO WE NEED TO SUBMIT THE PHOTOCOPIES OF I-20 DOCUMENTS (AS A STUDENT) ...

ALSO FOR JOB WHERE WE CAN NOT PROVIDE THE REFERENCE LETTER CAN WE PROVIDE THE W-2 FORM? AND FEW PAY SLIPS...?? I am able to provide a reference letter for NOC as I didnt have payslips...and paid too low...and I have w2 for jobs i did in US but no Reference Letter..and they are not in NOC category..ANY SUGGESTIONSSSSSSSSSS>...ITS IMP

I wanted to know I have recently changed my address temprarily from NY to Washington, I have changed my address in the Application for PR since I wanted the further communication to my present address, but I wanted to know If I need to ADD this new address in the Schedule 1,3 in the Column of Previous Address
?

ANy Suggestions ??


ALSO, I HAVE APPLIED FOR FBI REPORT FROM NEW YORK.............DO I NEED TO STILL APPLY FOR FBI REPORT FROM WASHINGTON STATE ....OR IT IS THE SAME....ALSO, I CALLED FBI..THEY SAY THAT IT WILL TAKE 13 WEEKS TO HAVE MY INFORMATION SAVED IN THEIR DATABASE ...SO WHAT SHOULD I SUBMIT AS A PROOF TO CHC IN NEW YORK THAT I HAVE REQUESTED A CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE ?...../

For any job where you cannot provide a reference letter, you should write a letter explaining why you cannot get the reference letter. A copy of your W-2 and a payslip would be good to submit with that. You already know you will not get "points" for that, but you still need to document your work experience for the past 10 years.

But - you should have a good reason why you CAN'T get the reference letter -

Not sure what you mean by "FBI report from New York..." You apply to the FBI for the FBI clearance. You apply to New York for the New York State police clearance, Washington State for the Washington State police clearance.

State police clearances are not required unless and until the local visa office requests them. So you don't really need one from New York or Washington at this time. Doesn't hurt to get them.

As for the processing time for the FBI clearance, if you cannot wait that long, you can write a letter indicating the date you have applied for the FBI certificate, expected date of receipt, and a copy of the application form (if you have it).
