I'm filling out the IMM5533e form for family class sponsorship. On page 9, question 7, one of the required documents for couples not living together is "Important documents for you and your spouse showing that you are recognized as each other's spouse". I'm pretty sure a marriage certificate doesn't since there's already a space for it, but my wife has a notarized change of name declaration and we are both registered as a couple in our country's national registry portal. I'm wondering if these two documents can work to show that we are recognized as a couple. We have not lived together as we got married very recently.
