You can only be on implied status if you sent your application form prior to 30 days before your visa being exempt. If you apply after this then technically you are not eligible for implied status.

I have already on applied .I just want to know that what should be the validity date (to- date in country to residence) while filling my sponsorship forms.

Peter, if a student applied for pgwp and is on the implied status, does that make that applicant a student or a worker (in the implied status phase)
