Implied status

I have applied for my Permanent Residency from Canada . I received my AOR . When I was going to apply for bridging work permit online the website crashed and did not allow me to proceed with it . My work permit was supposed to expire on 22 and I did a paper application on 22 . I send the work permit paper application in mail on 22 . My question is Am I on implied status ? The cic will get the paper application on 24 or 25 th of November . Please let me know thank you

No - you don't have implied status unfortunately. To have implied status, your application needed to reach CIC by November 22nd.

You'll need to apply to stop working immediately and apply to restore your status.

Don't worry you can apply for restoration and but for a bridge work permit you have to apply before it expired .I am in the same situation like you .But I went to see a consultantnsultant who is helping .Contact me so that I can see if I can help

I have a different view on this.
CIC accepts the Canada Post postmark as the application date when sending a temporary status extension to CPC-Vegreville.
Your status is still valid on 22nd. If you have postmark to show your application was sent off on the 22nd, my understanding is you have implied status. Courier pickups (the date of collection) works too.
