Implied status

hi everyone, do you know how many months for the processing of unnamed LMIa? I got the posivite lmia last march 31 then april 1 my consultant started to process the papers by putting my name. Its been 1 mo th after the procesding but no more newsabout the pspers. I starting working with them in implied status. Im worried because my passport will be 1 year valid stating june 26 2015 until june 26 2016. Km worrying if i cant able to get the 1 year contract of work permit because of my passport.

Based on the information you provided previously - you don't have implied status and are working illegally.

Can you provide more information about your past history in Canada? Were you previously on an open work permit? When did that open work permit expire and did you apply for a new work permit before your open work permit expired?

My last wp expired feb 15, my consultant applied the extnsion feb 2 but my mployer diesnt gave any posiyive lmia. So i decided to find another job. Last april 1 i got a unnamed lmia.and they started processing it by putting my name. Until now no more decision made from cic. And i dont know what happened to my previous work permit extension coz my consultant wasnt give me update

You can't start working for the new employer until your new work permit has been approved. Being on implied status doesn't allow you to switch employers. You need to stop working for your new employer immediately - this work is illegal.
