I am going to apply for my work permit extension with my lmia file number as I am awaiting for my result. So, if my lmia is rejected and I do not contact them in 60 days, would they refuse my application after 60 days or would they refuse it after whatever the processing time is for a work permit application for the same employer on the "processing times:temporary residence" link on the cic website.
I just want to have an idea for how long would I be on implied status if I do not get a positive result.
