Good Day Everyone! We will be applying for common law PR and together with that is my OWP application. So that, I will be on implied status and can continue working while waitng for my 1st stage approval and OWP. But my question is, just in case I'll get pregnant and have to give during my implied status, Am I still be eligible for govt. health care during my implied status? And am I will be eligible too for maternity leave? Since I am almost here in Canada for 2 yrs. with Temp. Work Permit.

When asking a health care question you should state what province you are living in. Each province has different rules. In Alberta you may be able to get an extension and can get health care on a "positive first decision" which I assume means approval in principle. I suggest you look up the rules on the website of the province you are resident in.
