My partner is under an open work permit until the end of April and just applied for a SOWP.
Before receiving the SOWP she will be in implied status which means she will still be able to work under the rules of her previous work permit.
She is planning on working in a different company now and have interviews soon.
My question is : Is it possible to prove that you are under implied status to an employer? We are afraid an employer is gonna be scared of employing her because her work permit will be soon expired.
We also applied to express entry and recently got AOR but I don't think she can apply for BOWP since she is not the primary applicant.
