Implied after PR app is cancelled

Hi,

I have recently applied for BOWP, I did this before my work permit expired and I am now on Implied status.

However last week my PR application got cancelled, I understand I am on implied status until I hear a decision from Vegreville.

My question is, I received an ITA today again for PR. Am I allowed to apply for PR on implied status? I am still working my job that I have been working since before I went on implied status.

Any help is appreciated.
