IMP !!! Reg Work Permit

Hi,
I am an international student from india, Came to canada in 2010 sept intake for masters. Due to certain issues i could not continue in the university and in sept 2011 joined a college and now i have finished P.G. Diploma ( 8 months ) program . I am wondering, for how long will i get work permit for? as my study permit is more than 2 years now.

1. You will get PGWP of 8 months.
2. You must apply to PGWP within 30 days of receiving your degree or transcript or written letter confirming your finished your course (The count starts from whichever come first)
