Immunization records for the landed immigrant process

We are preparing for the landed immigrant process for Canada. We are Indian citizens currently in the US on H1B visa. We don't have our immunization records. Are those mandatory to apply for the PR card? What should we do if we don't have the records?

1. No they are are not mandatory, but if you have children, they will be required for them to register for school.
