yes you can but u need to show your intent to settle in Canada and by family you mean wife n kids right not parents as parental sponsorship takes upwards of 6 yrs and you need to meet a minimum income for parental where as spousal sponsorship you do not
You are a Canadian citizen, so you can sponsor your spouse/common-law partner and your parents. To sponsor your parents, you have to have a certain income.
