Immigration to Canada !

Hi Dear Members !

My Father has 38 years of working experience in Saudi Railways as well as in Pakistan Railways. He is 58 years old. Now he wanted to immigrate to Canada but he does not know where to start the process.

In Pakistan, we contacted different consultants and agents but they demanded Rs.22,00,000 for immigration. What should he do to immigrate to Canada. Is there any way ? Please help us in this process.

Unless has family relatives in Canada who could possibly go through family sponsorship or a job offer with an LMIA age seems to be against but check here anyway for options http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp
