Immigration to Canada with CRS 390

Dear All
I am new to this group
I did my CRS and it calculate 390 for me. Am i eligible with this score to immigrate to Canada?
OR
Should i go via PNP program?
I am Master in Information Security and Bachelors in Computer Science (4yrs) with more than 7years experience in Information Security.
MY Universities are in WES list so how should i go with that process stepwise?
I will be very grateful to you for your valuable comments.

CRS is very different from eligibility score.

How much will be my points to get eligible??

I need detailed IELTS scores to be more precise.

Plus, answer Yes/No to these questions:
-If married, what is spouse language scores?
-Were your studies in Canada?
-If married, did spouse obtain degree in Canada?
-Have you ever worked in Canada for at least 1 year?
-If married, has spouse ever worked in Canada for at least 1 year?
-Do you have job offer in Canada?
-Do you have any relatives in Canada? (Parent, Grandparent, Child, Grandchild, Sibling, Aunt, Niece)

I'll give you your score then. But it seems you'll have no problem being eligible.

You are eligible from the calculation done by the poster above, but you should try improving your CRS score to above 440 (average minimum CRS score invited for 2018) or go the PNP route.

any advice to get ITA for this case?
IELTS: 7 7 6 6, CRS 300+, bachelor 4yrs, exp outside canada 10+ yrs, NOC: 2173.

I am also eligible with 73 points from FSWP. Even if it is above the minimum requirement (which is 67), should I still get 440+ from the CRS? If only CRS is significant, why I need to check eligibility from FSWP? Or am I missing a point here?

I assume that FSWP point is nothing to do with CRS and no additional point.

You have to be eligible for FSW (Scoring above 67)
But being eligible doesn't guarantee getting an invitation to apply. That's why you need to score above 440.
