Immigration To Canada- through Invitation letter

Hello Friends,

My uncle wants to Sponsor me to Canada, i want to know is there any way that he can sponsor me to go to Canada, I have searched some ways like refugee case or study visa but these two options are rarely acceptable from Afghanistan, My uncle is married and living with his family in Canada, please guide me through this.

No he can’t sponsor you. You must qualify on your own for any form of economic immigration.

he cannot sponsor you as for you do get PR because of that. But if he really want he can give you money to pay for studies in Canada. But of course money would not be enough and you would have to prove strong ties to your country to be approved for students visa.

He can also be your "sponsor" kind of in some provincial streams ( for example Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia...). That is something to help you, that they will consider to nominate you. Of course he would have to live in one of those provinces.
But at the end of the day you would have to do most of the effort.
