Immigration to Canada from USA

Hi Friends,

I am in US from last 2 years. Came here on a different visa but now have H1 from last 6 months. I want to immigrate to Canada. Would really really appreciate if somebody could guide me how to initiate the process?

I checked the info and what I understood is that for the Alberta one, I need to have atleast 1 year in US on H1b. Is that correct?

I also checked the federal one. According to that, it looks I need to have 1 year experience as a manager. Is that true?

Just visit cic and it has everything on it. from fill up forms to how to fill it up.

I did the same way...

just lets know if any confusion with the available information.
