IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM???

my friend just went through the medicals and despatched RPRF and passports to CHC delhi but now during going through a topic,i came to know that IMMIGARTION SUMMARY FORM is also needed by VO.

seniors are requested to please guide regarding this form,,,,is this form is a part of various forms and documents which we daspatched to CHC or its another form to be sent after the medicals?

Hi

as far as i know emigration summary form will be requested by the indian embassy.You dont need to send it unless they request.
