Hi

I am recently refuse by CHC Islamabad for Canada student visa. Following is my profile.

MBA from Karachi.
IELTS 6 Bands
Job experience 3 years as a Finance officer in Multinational Company.


Can any one guide me the immigration process from Pakistan. Guys Plz reply.

You should request your GCMS notes ASAP. That will tell you why they refused your application. If you can overcome their objections (stated in the letter and in the case notes) then you can refile your application.

You also have the option to challenge the decision in court, but to do so you will need a Canadian lawyer and the cost will be several thousand dollars with a slim chance of success - you must show that they made a legal or procedural error. Note that a legal challenge must be initiated within 60 days after you receive the negative decision.
