Immigration photos and payment

Couple quick questions.

1. When i attach the 5 (or maybe 8 - depends of its processed in syd or lon) immigration photos, where do i put them? In an envelope? Attached to a form?

2. I want to pay the entire fees upfront. Ive found the website where you pay but from the dropdown list i cant see sponsor or applicant. Just the final residence fee. Any help?

I put my wife's photos in an envelope with a cover page and a tab stating the photos were inside the envelope.

The fees are $75 for the sponsor, $475 for the applicant and $490 for the Right to Permanent Residence. When you elect to pay online you select "Family Class Sponsorship" (In Canada or Outside Canada depending on your situation) and then follow the prompts and you will see the list including all of the mentioned fees.
