Immigration Options for Visitor

Friends,

I am Permanent Resident of Canada and currently working with Saskatchewan based well reputed company in Accounting area with Permanent full time job.

I have very good friend of mine and currently works with India based well known Bank as Assistant Manager in Operations with close to 6 years of work experience with Permanent Job. He doesn't have IELTS though and is married. He is very much willing to Come to Canada as Visitor and then look for employment or other possible immigration options from there on.

I have plans to visit India this month and looking to apply for his Visitor visa and Invite him in Canada for about month to stay with me. He is planning to take around 3-4 weeks leave from work to come here.

Is it advisable, shall we go for Visitor visa first, invite him and try our options from there ? Are there any other better options for him in case if he comes to Canada as Visitor and can extend his stay or apply for immigration may be in any skilled worker category ?

Finding work on a visitors visa is both difficult and illegal. And the visa would most likely be rejected because no one visits a FRIEND for 4 weeks. It would be difficult even if it were family.

I think the intent can be see right through by the immigration officer.
