hi hello anybody can you help me about the IMM 0008 for question # 4. Immigration office requested for processing this application? I sponsor my common law partner in the Philippines i very confuse what I going to write answer the question number 4?

That question does not exist anymore, sounds like you have an old version. Make sure you are using the most recent up-to-date copy of the IMM0008 form (updated 02-2015): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf

You're not going to answer that question because its N/A if you don't send the up to date forms you are risking your application being returned or a delay. Open the pdf and save it to another file ,or change your browser that you are using.

I have question again about imm 0008, because my situation is I'm married in the Philippines and my annulment still on process. I have common law partner in Canada he's the one to sponsoring me my question is what I going to answer the question 13 & 14 in imm 0008? In question number 13 my answer in marital status is common law partner, and then question number 14 have you previously been married/ common law relationship my answer is YES, because I'm married so there's a have question what date i have to put in married relationship but my annulment is not done yet still on process? What I'm going to do?

i can't say for sure, though i'd guess the date doesn't matter. if it's ongoing, then write on a separate paper it's still on going. it is not necessary to be legally divorced before entering into a commonlaw relationship. it's possible to still be married AND be in a commonlaw relationship with 2 different people.
