Immigration loan payment & bills

Hello everyone,

(Sorry I ask so much here but this is the most accurate place I found & I can get accurate answers)

I'm paying my immigration loan I do not like to get a (Statement of account) through regular mail they clearly mention on the statement if I like to get the bill via email to email them back.

But I don't know what to write to inform them....

Please if there is any template to be shared I would be most grateful.

1. Refugees can get a transportation loan, you also can get a loan for the RPRF as well.
2. The OP should either contact the Call centre or check the address on the load statement, it will state who sent it. Then Check the IRCC web site.
