Immigration file

Hello everyone,

My wife is PR in Canada and I am in India. So we are planning to put my immigration so can anyone tell that which will be the best way, to put a file from India or should I send my documents to her and she put the file in Canada?

There are forms you both have to sign, are they all signed and done?

Yes but from where it will be easy to put the file...Either way it will be same time?

I don't think it matters much. If you have to send them to canada then mail from there, it's gonna take as long as just sending from India. So do whichever you want.

Your spouse MUST send BOTH packages together first for sponsor approval. Your application will then be forwarded to your VO. Be sure that your sponsor sends it ALL together first or it will be returned.
