Hey everyone can you please tell me that how long will it take for immigration file to turn into "decision made" from "in process"

You should post your timeline, as well as your VO and circumstances i.e. Common law, Spousal, Outland, Inland..
That will give someone a slightly better range of an answer, but if it's in progress, then it could be anywhere from 1 month to over 12 months.

Thank you masonb for the reply. My relative sponsored my mom dad and i am dependent child and my file is in process since december 7 2016 at delhi visa office. How long will it take brother for visa call.

Your brother sponsored you? I'm not at all familiar with that process, but recently NDVO has been passing people through quite quickly.
Not my brother, my sister sponsored my family. I went NDVO for fingerprints on May 4 2017. And the status is still "in process"

It takes as long as it takes. That could be tomorrow or 12 more months or more. None of us here works for CIC and even if we did we couldn't tell you how long it will take.
